FAQS

Because every set is custom and painted to your exact measurements, I can't offer returns or exchanges — it's one of a kind and made only for you. But I stand behind my work: if your set arrives damaged, or doesn’t make it to you. Message me and I will make it right.

Everything you need is in the box. Start with clean, dry hands: wipe each nail with the alcohol pad, push back your cuticles, and give the surface a light buff so the glue has something to grab. Add a thin layer of glue to both your natural nail and the press-on, line it up from the cuticle down, and press firmly for 20–30 seconds. Then stay out of water for the first hour while everything sets. Done right, a set holds for weeks — and since these are reusable, gentle is the whole game.

Every set is painted by hand, one nail at a time — so it's not an overnight thing; good art takes a beat. Your first set takes a little longer while I get your measurements on file, and reorders move faster after that. Either way, I'll send you a timeline the moment you order, so you're never left guessing.

Absolutely—flexibility is our middle name.

Gently, always — never pick, pry, or peel, since that's the one thing that can damage both your natural nail and the press-on. Soak your hands in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes (a little cuticle oil or acetone-free remover in the water helps loosen the glue), then wiggle each nail side to side until it lifts away on its own. If one resists, it's not ready — soak a few minutes longer.

Nope — and that's kind of the whole point. Gel and acrylic damage your nails because they have to file and rough up the surface to bond, then get drilled or soaked off. These just sit on top with glue. When you want them off, you soak your hands in warm, soapy water and they lift away gently — no filing, no drilling, no thinned-out nails underneath. The only rule: never force or peel them off. Let the water do the work, and your natural nails stay exactly as healthy as they started.

On your natural nails: after you've soaked and removed the set, most of the glue peels away while it's still soft. Gently roll or push off the residue with the wooden cuticle stick — never scrape with anything metal. If any stubborn bits hang on, a quick soak in warm soapy water or a swipe of acetone-free remover softens them right up. Finish with a little cuticle oil to rehydrate.

On the press-ons: while the back is still soft from soaking, peel the old glue layer away in one piece if you can — it usually lifts cleanly. Wipe the underside with an alcohol pad so it's smooth and residue-free, then let it dry completely before storing. A clean back is what lets a set bond just as well the second, third, and fourth time around.

The golden rule for both: soften first, never force. If glue isn't budging, it needs another minute in the water — patience here is what keeps both your nails and your art in perfect shape.
